Three-Family House Project:
Project Description: A house designed to accommodate three separate and independent residential units.
Unit 1: The first unit is serviced by a two-zone system. It provides heating and cooling to the basement and the first floor.
Unit 2: The second unit also features a two-zone system, covering the basement, first floor, and second floor.
Unit 3: The third unit is equipped with a single-zone system, responsible for heating and cooling the attic.
In this project, each of the three residential units has its dedicated heating and cooling system. The zoning distribution allows for independent temperature control in different parts of each unit, enhancing comfort for the residents and optimizing energy efficiency.
