• Project: Townhouse setup with two separate units in Salem.

• Front Part: The front townhouse consists of a gas furnace responsible for heating the first and second floors. The basement in this unit is equipped with a mini-split heat pump, providing heating and cooling for the entire basement area.

• Back Part: The rear townhouse features two machines. One machine has a single zone and serves a designated area. The other machine, located in the basement, has two zones, covering both the basement and the first floor of the townhouse.

This setup involves a mix of gas furnaces and mini-split heat pumps to provide heating and cooling to different sections of the townhouses. The zoning and equipment distribution aim to optimize comfort and efficiency in each area.
